Caroline Cloutier is nominated on the New Generation Photography Award’s longlist. Established in 2017 by the National Gallery of Canada in collaboration with Scotiabank, the New Generation Photography Award celebrates young Canadians working in lens-based art. The 2021 winners will be announced on March 23th.
